These are projects that CFG expects to close this year, with the help from your CDE's allocation. Construction is starting this year, if it hasn't begun already.

  • All are in Distressed Communities; some through secondary criteria
  • All are Non-Profit Community Facilities
  • They range from Homeless Shelters and Food Banks, to Job Training Programs and YMCAs

CFG has a trackrecord of closing projects on time, and providing valuable project management to its transaction partners.

Great Falls Rescue Mission — Family Shelter

The Mission is building a Family Center where homeless families can gain financial and personal stability and restore their lives.  The new building, the GFRM Family Center, will be approximately 30,000 square feet and provide temporary accommodations for 28 families and permanent space for the year-round youth program, medical clinic, education and learning center.

Des Moines YMCA — Wellmark YMCA

Renovation of the Des Moines convention center complex, the Project wil consist of a 180,000 square foot urban YMCA providing fitness,wellness and program facilities facilitates, a 50-meter pool, and other areas to promote active healthy lifestyles within the Des Moines metro area.The development is part of a major downtown economic development plan supported by state and local officials and businesses.

Tri-Cities Union Gospel Mission — Men’s Center

The new construction will provide 46,000 square feet for the Men’s Center. The only such shelter in the Tri-Cities area, the Center provides emergency, supportive, and transitional services to the homeless population in Pasco, Kennewick, and Richland, Washington. It  will include a 104-bed emergency shelter, a fully-equipped commercial kitchen with cold, frozen and dry food storage areas, a dining room with a 150 seating capacity, laundry room, a Computer Learning Center, and classrooms for program curriculum, education and job training.

Tulsa Oklahoma YMCA — Healthily Living Center

The Tandy Healthy Living Center will replace an existing facility that is 50 years old. The new 92,000 square foot facility is the keystone of a collaborative effort undertaken by the Y and Oklahoma University’s Schusterman College of Community Medicine to transform the health of the community through a coordinated approach of prevention, rehabilitation, restoration and research.

Food Lifeline — Hunger Solution Center

Food Lifeline is a food bank distribution center which is part of the national Feeding America Network. FLL provided 39 million pounds of healthy, fresh food to 250 member food banks and meal programs across western Washington State. With the new Hunger Solution Center, Food Lifeline expects that number to reach 100 million pounds of food within 10 years.
